Can the first conversation remain confidential?
Yes. An initial discussion can remain high level, and a suitable non-disclosure agreement can be used before detailed unpublished strategy, commercial information or intellectual property is shared.
Is BASG limited to India?
BASG is India-based with a global perspective. Remote advisory, hybrid engagement and travel requirements can be agreed based on the scope and stakeholders.
What happens in an initial conversation?
The purpose is to understand the context, decision, desired outcome, urgency and available evidence. It is exploratory and does not create an obligation for either party to proceed.
Can BASG support execution after the strategy is defined?
